1. Service Usage

When you use our AI services, you agree to follow our guidelines and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
1.1 Account Registration
To access the H2O Media AI platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
1.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: reverse engineering any aspect of the platform, attempting to bypass access controls, using automated scripts to extract data without permission, or utilizing the AI models to generate prohibited content.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership of Output
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain all rights, titles, and interests in any output directly generated by your authorized use of our AI models. You may use this output for commercial or non-commercial purposes, provided such usage does not violate our Acceptable Use policy.
2.2 Platform Rights
H2O Media AI retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the underlying algorithms, software, interface design, trademarks, and methodologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our brand elements, reverse-engineer our models, or claim ownership over the technical infrastructure powering the Service.
3. Liability Restrictions

3.1 Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. H2O Media AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI-generated outputs. You acknowledge that AI technology is probabilistic and may produce unexpected or inaccurate results.
3.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall H2O Media AI be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service over the preceding 12 months.
